We have 30 years of experience in human resource management, including listed companies, and have provided services to over 300 companies and more than 10,000 people across all industries as human resource consultant, including revising company human resource systems, human resource development, and as a training instructor. After my experience in HR consulting, I had a hunch that "I can't do what I want to do, and it's not good if I keep going like this! This is my last chance", I intuitively decided to use my experience and became an independent consultant in the middle of the Covid Pandemic. However, in my second year my annual income was cut in half and I experienced rock bottom with no future in sight, I realized that a phrase my mother had said to me when I was a child had opened the door to happiness, and I began working as a speech therapist. I have held seminars and lectures with the hope that people will realize that they are making the world a better place by the way they speak in their daily lives at work and at home, and more than 1,000 people have experienced this. I believe that by changing one's way of speaking, one's life can be changed. When you change your way of speaking, you can change your life, and with the power of your way of speaking, everyone can be free! I continue to spread this message around the world. For corporate clients, I work to improve the organizational strength of companies with high turnover rates and other problems through both the use of the phrase and the human resource system.
